SK6474 : Robin Hood Way towards Duncan Wood

taken 15 years ago, near to Hardwick Village, Nottinghamshire, England

Robin Hood Way towards Duncan Wood
Robin Hood Way towards Duncan Wood
Having crossed the A614 only two hundred yards north of here (far distance), heading east on its detour to Elkesley, the Way crosses the A614 again to go south-west on its final leg to the Sherwood Forest Country Park. The finger post marks the path as 'RUPP' (Road Used as a Public Path). This presumably refers to Freeboard Lane.
