Number 12, on the left, previously known as Spencer House, appears on an OS map of 1863. The semi-detached pair were built in 1893, apparently Guy Dawber's first job. He later became a leading Arts and Craft architect and President of the RIBA in 1925-27. Information from Lambeth Council.
All are within the Streatham Common Conservation Area.
