Traffic towards Tunbridge Wells queuing at the new traffic lights at the Blackhurst Lane - Hall's Hole Road crossroads (just behind the camera). This queue was extremely long. Presumably these days traffic engineers can model new projects to predict the effects, and so this is what they wanted to produce. Why?
