Station Street and the new tramway bridge by John Sutton
Station Street and the new tramway bridge

The 104m truss bridge has been moved further into position across the station since I took SK5739 : Tramway bridge works at Station Street. Later the new bridge will be connected to the blue-brick abutment of the former Great Central Railway arches on which the current tram terminus stands.
