West Calder railway station, Lothian, 2013

Opened in 1869 by the Caledonian Railway on the line from Glasgow to Edinburgh via Shotts. View south west towards Addiewell and Shotts some six years before the railway line was electrified and a new footbridge was erected which largely obscured the view from here. See NT0163 : West Calder railway station, Lothian for a 2019 view of the station from the opposite direction.
