The start of the Largo to Shell Bay section of the Fife Coastal Path. The plaque marking the start of the walk is on the stone column at the foot of the steps. The end of the section is at NO4500 : Fife Coastal Footpath. The steps lead up to the former East of Fife Railway Line.
