The first stage of the Warwick Quadrant redevelopment largely complete alongside Princess Way, with work on the second phase under way behind.

Between 2014 and 2017, the northern section of Redhill's Warwick Quadrant, situated between Princess Way and London Road, was redeveloped with the office complex of 3 Princess Way (see TQ2850 : 3 Princess Way, Redhill and a Sainsbury's supermarket (see TQ2750 : London Road), dating from 1982, being replaced by a new (much larger) Sainsbury's supermarket, a Travelodge hotel and a gym.
