Pengam railway station

Viewed from platform 2 in July 2019 when the station is managed by Transport for Wales who operate all the scheduled passenger trains on this route, the Rhymney Line. Transport for Wales took over the franchise from Arriva Trains Wales in October 2018. Platform 2 is for trains to Bargoed, frequency every 15 minutes. Departures at 55 minutes past the hour continue beyond Bargoed to the terminus at Rhymney.
