Trac-Vac at East Beach Dunbar

This Trac-Vac is a unique machine and the only one of its type in Scotland. Trac-Vac by Enviro Clean is the country's only real off-road and rough terrain Vactor. Its vacuum pump can lift debris more than 20 metres and it can suck 400 litres per minute. Here it works on the East Beach in Dunbar in conjunction with the Beach Regeneration Scheme. It is to be hoped that sand will be attracted to return to this beach which used to have beautiful soft white sand and was much enjoyed by locals and holidaymakers throughout the years.
