TQ3081 : Buses outside Bush House
taken 16 years ago, near to London, The City of London, England
Buses outside Bush House.
The righthand side of the Aldwych provides parking for terminating buses. Here we see three different types of vehicle employed on the Number 9 route. Closest is a Volvo B7TL with Wright Gemini body. Next is a Routemaster, finished in silver livery recalling the 1977 Queen's Silver Jubilee celebrations. Last in the row is another Volvo B7TL, this time with East Lancs Vyking bodywork. Buses on the 15 and 23 routes can be seen passing en-route to Blackwall and Liverpool Street respectively.
